Fuel price rise: Know how much petrol, diesel will cost you today (SURAT) 79.96 per Litre today

Fuel prices are again on fire. On Sunday, petrol was sold at Rs 82.72 per litre in Delhi while the rate of diesel was Rs 75.38 per litre.
The prices of petrol surged by nearly 60 paise per litre and diesel prices increased by around 19 paise per litre in the national capital.
In Mumbai, petrol is selling at Rs 88.18 per litre while diesel is at Rs 79.02 mark.
The Centre had announced a Rs 2.50 per litre price cut on October 4. After the central government's decision, several states followed the suit.
There has been a steep rise in fuel prices in the last few months which is burning a hole in the common man's pocket. The opposition has repeatedly trained its guns on the government which has blamed prices of crude oil in the international market.
The Government's move to reduce fuel prices by Rs 2.50 was panned as too little too late.
The value of rupee has been under pressure due to the rise of crude oil prices as India is the third largest consumer of oil in the world.
